Hey there, I'm Selina!

Career and Life Design Coach, author, podcaster and creator of journals - and I've been dedicated to helping people create lives and careers they love for almost two decades.

I created the first version of this journal over ten years ago as a journaling exercise for myself, my friends and my clients.

Little did I know it would one day become a journal sold all over the world!

I love seeing the difference this journal makes to people's lives.
